How to Set Up in Gmail

1. Fill in your details above
2. Check the preview on the right
3. Click the red "Copy Signature" button
4. Open Gmail on your computer
5. Click Settings (gear icon) → See all settings
6. Scroll to Signature section
7. Click + Create new (or select existing)
8. Click inside the signature box, press Ctrl+A then Ctrl+V
9. Under Signature defaults, select it for new emails AND replies
10. Click Save Changes at the bottom
